Return & Refund Policy

At Kantras Art, each product is custom-made to order, created with care and precision. Because of this personalized production process, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as buyer’s remorse, incorrect product selection, or change of preference.

However, your satisfaction matters. If your order arrives damaged or with a production defect, we are happy to make it right with a refund or replacement.


✅ When Can You Request a Return?

You may request a return or refund only if:

  • The product arrived damaged or contains a manufacturing defect
  • You contact us within 30 days of delivery
  • You provide clear photo evidence of the issue and proof of purchase
  • You contact us before sending anything back

⚠️ Important: Do not return any items without contacting us first. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted, and we cannot guarantee a refund or replacement without prior approval.


🚫 What Cannot Be Returned?

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Custom-made or personalized products that are not defective
  • Buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or incorrect selection
  • Gift cards or digital downloads

💳 Refunds

Once we receive your return request and inspect the evidence:

  • You will receive an email notifying you of approval or rejection
  • If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Refunds may take several business days to appear, depending on your payment provider

⏱ Late or Missing Refunds

If your refund hasn’t arrived:

  1. Double-check your bank or credit card account
  2. Contact your credit card provider—it may take time to post
  3. Contact your bank—processing can take several business days

If you’ve done all of the above and still haven’t received your refund, please reach out to us at sales@kantrasart.com.


📦 Shipping Returns

If your return is approved:

  • You are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the item is defective due to our error)
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, especially for high-value items

We are not responsible for lost or undelivered return shipments.


🎁 Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you may receive store credit for the value of the item. If the item was not marked as a gift, or was shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
